Alisia Minott is an accomplished entrepreneur, U.S. Navy veteran, and real estate leader with a passion for building sustainable businesses and meaningful opportunities. Born in Jamaica, she charted her own path, serving in the U.S. Navy before launching a successful career in real estate. Since 2017, she has built and operated multiple businesses within the real estate ecosystem, including brokerage, property management, mortgage lending, and insurance.

As the broker-owner of NextHome Mission to Serve, Alisia is recognized for her strategic thinking, steady leadership, and commitment to service. She works closely with clients and partners to help them navigate real estate decisions with clarity and confidence, focusing on long-term value rather than short-term transactions.

A proud mother of a U.S. Marine, Alisia brings discipline, resilience, and integrity into both her professional and personal life. She is dedicated to mentoring agents, supporting investors, and continuously expanding her own skill set—including training as a private pilot.
